I looked more closely. The problem is that the file 13WebsiteItaly.xml must be loaded by the game, and since the location in Italian had been abandoned by EA/BF, maybe this isn't the case, hence the non loading of the image.

You can test by putting the "italian" image in art_fm\screens\Website\Tablet\ at the root of the game and renaming it BgWebsiteEngland.tga. If that doesn't work, rename it BgWebsiteDefault.tga.
